I spent the last day rushing around trying to finish the last remaining things on my to do list and more importantly, saying goodbye to close friends and family. In addition to the lunch with my USC friends, I also spent some time with my mom and her boyfriend Robert, which was great. I wouldn't have wanted to spent my day any other way.

It was a wonderful way to spend Amanda's last day before her big move. As a Mom, it was great to spend time with Amanda and many of her good friends. There were lots of smiles and a few tears. My drive home to Palm Springs was peppered with tearful moments.
